Juozas Urbšys born 13 March 1896 in Šetenais (Kėdainių r.) – died on 30 April 1991 in Kaunas. From 1922 to 1934 he worked in the diplomatic service in Berlin, Paris, Riga. 1938–1940 Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. In 1941–1956, the Soviet imprisoned in exile. J.
