Educational and Interactive Centre “Railway and Steam” is placed in Gulbene train station – historical building. There are more that 20 interactive devices and through them it is possible to acquainted with the historical aspect of the steam engine trains, the related technical and engineering fields, future technologies, type of communications and career opportunities in the railway sector.
You will have a chance to get into the role of train driver, to lead a wagon, to build rail tracks, to watch short films, to give instructions to train drivers, to get acquainted with the railway industry occupations, to operate en elevated railway and to do many other interesting activities.
