Kuutsemägi (also the Mount of Kuutse) is the highest mountain of Otepää and Valgamaa, located in the north-west part of the county, in Arula village. The highest peak is located 218 meters above the sea level. In summer and winter, it is possible to deal with a number of leisure activities in the mountain.
