My partner is about to have knee surgery, and experiences difficulty walking, so the front desk went out of their way to accommodate us with a lower floor, but in the end, we required A/C, which is on the top floor only, and we were upgraded without asking to a one-bedroom apt suite with charming balcony and kitchenette.
