Vincent’s new chef Uvis Janicenko spent 10 years practising the art of cooking in the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Japan.
In April 2022 he joined Vincent‘s team and presented his first signature menu. Uvis's philosophy of cooking can be characterized by four principal concepts: modern, urban, seasonal and organic.
Like his legendary predecessor Mārtiņš Rītiņš, Uvis will continue and further refine Vincent’s “slow food” culture and cooperate with local farmers and producers. www.restorans.lv
